All delivery times are calculated from the date that the order is shipped. We prefer to use UPS® as our primary carrier for the following services: UPS Ground | UPS 2nd Day Air | UPS Next Day Air | UPS 3 Day Select
Shipping Details
Our shipping time guidelines do not account for any delays due to stock shortages prior to shipping. You will be made aware of any stock shortages at the time of your order. Shipping charges may change depending on available shipping methods and other circumstances and will be calculated prior to shipping.
Delivery Times
For ground service, our delivery time is not guaranteed. Morning delivery is guaranteed on the Next Day and 2nd Day air packages to commercial addresses.
Conditions of Use
When purchasing from us, you acknowledge that orders submitted to us constitute the signed writing of the user, fully effective and enforceable for all purposes. We may require additional information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at any time after receipt of the user's order for any reason.
Notices
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of an order, without prior notice to the user, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. If the user fails to make payment on an order, we retain the right to resell the products ordered. If you have any concerns about the privacy of your personal information, please send us a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our privacy notice and the conditions of use will change also.
Revisions
Please check with us frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
Returns and Warranty
You may return an item that was purchased from us and obtain a credit or refund, minus shipping and handling charges and any restocking fees, as long as the item or items are returned to us in new, unopened, and unused condition.
To qualify, you must return the product in its original retail box and original outer shipping box with any accompanying reference manual, media, or other associated documentation so that it arrives at our location in its original condition within a period of 30 calendar days from the original shipment.
All items being returned must be insured by the customer. Any item returned damaged will automatically void a refund. A 25% restocking fee may apply on all returns. All dealers, resellers, and installers receive credit only (restocking fee applies as well). RMA# is required to return. Please send an email to chris@tekrispower.com to obtain the RMA#.
Warranty claim returns must include the complaint with the unit in writing. Proof of purchase must accompany the item. Please box the item properly, assuring no shipping damage can occur. A No FAULT FOUND test fee plus return shipping applies if no fault is found. Any evidence of abuse voids the warranty. See manufacturer's warranty for details.
Customer Assistance
You can contact customer service for assistance with any defective product within 30 days of the original purchase. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original boxes and packing material. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
